Returns & Refund Policy
We maintain a strict policy to ensure the integrity of our authorized enterprise hardware. All physical hardware products sold through our storefront are brand new and covered exclusively by the original HP manufacturer’s standard warranty frameworks.
Authorized Reseller Status: Web Planets LLC is an independent, authorized reseller of genuine Hewlett-Packard (HP) commercial hardware and printing supplies. We do not offer, provide, or facilitate technical support, driver installations, software setup assistance, or hardware repair services of any kind.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the hardware must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date of receipt.
Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of our receipt of the returned hardware. The original payment method will be credited back to the account used for the initial transaction.
