1. Order Processing and Handling
All orders for genuine HP LaserJet printers, ScanJet scanners, and OEM supplies are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding major US holidays). You will receive an immediate email confirmation upon successful checkout.

2. Domestic Transit and Shipping Timelines
We ship exclusively to addresses within the domestic United States. To guarantee safe transit for high-value enterprise machinery, all shipments are dispatched via our designated freight and ground carriers, including FedEx and UPS.
• Standard Shipping Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your destination state.

3. Shipment Tracking
